Each flower is a unique masterpiece, and we appreciate this at InBloom Florist. To maintain the beauty of our floral arrangements, we have created the following Substitution Policy, which applies to all orders placed through our website, in-person or over the phone.

Substitution Policy

We understand that our customers may expect exactly what is seen in our photos of a bouquet. Please be aware that occasionally substitutions may have to be made on flowers due to seasonal availability, stock levels, and other factors beyond our control. We guarantee that we will substitute blooms of similar shapes, colours, sizes, and equal value, in order to maintain the overall style, size and colour scheme of the design you have chosen. Our expert florists will use their best judgement to create each arrangement with an emphasis on both aesthetic appeal and value.


When substituting flowers and foliage, the used substitutes may be more fragrant or contain more natural pollen than the pictured varieties. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions that may occur due to flower varieties if the recipient is sensitive or allergic. To ensure your order accommodates your specific needs, please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivity to fragrances at the time of ordering.

Variation of Stock Levels

Our stock levels are continuously changing as we sell and create fresh flower arrangements throughout the day. Although we endeavour to update our online store promptly, sometimes we may not be able to do so before an order is placed. In such an unlikely event, we will contact the customer to discuss the options available, including:

  • Delaying the delivery until the next day
  • Selecting an alternative design
  • Cancelling the order
