Who builds an Inbloom store?
Inbloom oversees the development, design and building of each store. The franchisee
will be responsible for all architectural, engineering and
construction fees and costs.

What about building plans?
Inbloom will work with architects and designers to create detailed and functional
building plans and store design, which are an integral part of
Inbloom's formula. Each Inbloom store features a carefully
co-ordinated interior decor to provide a rich, pleasant and
appealing environment. In addition, equally attractive and easily
identifiable exterior signage has been developed for compatibility
with present day shopping centre and retail complex standards.

Does Inbloom make any money on Lease License?
No. We have what is known as a straight pass through Lease License, which means you pay
what is in the lease. After site selection, the Lease is negotiated
and signed by Inbloom, with a Licence to Lease to the Franchisee.
Franchisees are also required to pay a security deposit or provide a
bank guarantee to the shopping centre (usually a three months rent
equivalent).

What is the length of my Franchise Agreement?
The actual term of the Franchise Agreement, is based on the Lease term of the
individual site.

What hours will the store be opened?
The core trading hours for most regional shopping centres are;
Obviously, the shop needs to be set up and operational prior to these starting hours,
therefore, it is an operational requirement that the Franchisee /
Manager be in attendance one hour prior to Centre opening. The same
applies to the closing of the store, whereby, a lot of passing
traffic is experienced at the close of trade, therefore, it is
advantageous to remain open and not "pull down" the display,
until at least a half hour after trade.

Does Inbloom help me open my new store?
Yes. We provide field support personnel in your new store to help merchandise,
operate and assist in employee training.
