Our Credit Card Payment Gateway uses industry standard 128 bit encryption SSL technology to ensure your Credit Card details are secure.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) / TLS (Transport Layer Security) - is the standard protocol for transaction security - it is an encrypted link between our Server and your Internet Browser. Our system is safer than supplying your Credit Card details over the phone, via fax or email. Credit Card records are not kept on the server but processed directly to the bank's card processor.

Terms and Conditions
For Inbloom flowers to process your order, we need the following information:Your full name, contact details including address and phone number, delivery details and payment details.

Orders will not be delivered until full payment is received.

Please be sure to include correct delivery details. Any order that has to be resent due to incorrect details will incur an extra fee.

Prices of goods and services displayed on the Inbloom website are subject to change.

Flowers, plants and hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Inbloom Flowers delivers between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Same day delivery is guaranteed if orders are placed before 2pm AEST. Sunday deliveries and deliveries on public holidays can not be guaranteed and are subject to change and the area of the delivery. Specific delivery times can not be guaranteed.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Inbloom website to order flowers, services and products. They also apply to any order that is placed through one of the Inbloom florist shops.
